Capilano Women go to Nationals

Dear Supporters,
The Capilano Women’s Team has recently won the BC Rugby Club Premier Championships. In doing so, they have been invited to represent BC at the National Club Championships in Markham, Ontario. This is a very special honour for the women’s program as this is the inaugural National Women’s Club Championship and it will be the first opportunity to represent BC clubs at this tournament.
Our program is made up of very hard-working students, career driven individuals, mothers, visiting players, and of course, athletes, coaches, and team staff representing and achieving the best for our communities. The estimated team tour cost remaining is approximately $15,000. We are seeking help from our friends and local businesses to support this unique opportunity and help alleviate the financial strain on competitive tournaments like this one.
Any level of support and involvement would be greatly appreciated.
