I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Nicolette—“Nico” to those who know and love her—who is going through an incredibly difficult time. Nico recently suffered a compound compression fracture of her T12 vertebra, leaving her with just 30% mobility in her back. She’s now facing a strict 6-week bed rest recovery with very little movement allowed.

This has been a devastating blow for someone as physically active and vibrant as Nico. She’s always been the type to go the extra mile—whether through her work, adventures, energy, kindness, and support—and now, she needs our help.
