Can't pay bills due to covid, desperate for help

Hello, my name is Adric. Recently my wife Lynnette and myself got hit with a positive covid test amongst us when we were doing prep for an upcoming surgery. Because of this, my wife, who is the bread winner of the house, is unable to return to work for some time and because of that we are unable to generate money. Our account hit a negative balance today which tipped the scales against us and we have no other way to try and raise money.
We were hoping Lynnettes job would be able to help us, as since they won't allow her to work and it is covid causing it that they might lay for the time missed, but they simply won't. She would have to use her Paid Time Off, but because her job recently came under new management, she has no PTO accumulated from working as of yet.
I myself cannot work and try to raise money with odd jobs (even if it wasn't for the test results) because I am disabled and am currently working my way through a lengthy legal battle with the state of Utah to get disability benefits approved because I simply cannot work. So no matter what route we take, we are back at flat broke.

We need any help we can get because as it stands we have a very low stock of food in our kitchen with no possible way to refill it, our phone bill bounced and so it is only a matter of time before we loose access to our phones, and to top it all off we can't even afford the few medications that the doctor prescribed to help with the symptoms of Covid.
