My brother and I have decided to raise money to support the World Health Organization's Emergency Response Fund. To fundraise we will be going on a long paddle. We are starting in Lake Simcoe, paddling through the canals and lakes of the Trent Severn Waterway, and finishing in Toronto ON. The route is~600km and my brother and I will try to do it as fast as we can in a canoe. 

We want to fundraise for COVID-19 and are also excited about opportunity to have some fun during these times. We will be going posting our journey on IG. Follow us @canoetripforcure 

Our fundraising efforts will go towards the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund. Specifically, we will request that the funds be allocated to phase 3 of their strategic plan, Research and Development. We believe finding a vaccine for this virus is paramount. Although we feel strongly about this cause we understand that the World Health Organization will allocate the funds where they are needed most.
