Canmore Highland Games Festival

Canmore Highland Games is an annual summer festival held in the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains.

We provide a venue for Highland Dancers, Pipes & Drums Bands, and Heavy Sports Athletes to compete against some of the best in North America to the delight of our over five thousand visitors from all over the world.

We are more determined than ever to put on a safe event befitting our 30th anniversary for the benefit of our community, our competitors, vendors, Clans, entertainers, sponsors, and of course, our loyal attendees.

However, we could use your help.

A large percentage of our financial support comes from the local businesses in the Hospitality and Travel Tourism sectors, and this enables us to keep tickets affordable for families.

However, due to COVID, many of our long-time sponsors are struggling.

All money raised will enable our Not for Profit Society to achieve its mandate of fostering and encouraging Celtic culture and tradition in all its forms to benefit all of our stakeholders.

Supporting Canmore Highland Games also helps Travel Tourism and Hospitality businesses in Canmore.

After sixteen months of sacrifice and isolation, a community gathering to celebrate Celtic culture will be good medicine for our collective spirits.
