Canine Epilepsy Awareness

My name is Faye and I have a 6 yr old Spinone called Ziggy who has had epilepsy for the last 4 years. I am very passionate about helping and supporting owners of dogs with epilepsy and I have set up 2 canine epilepsy Fb groups, but now want to do some 1:1  face to face contact. It is very scary when your dog has his first seizure and often you don't know that is what is happening. There is so much to know, learn and take in about having a dog with epilepsy and often vets don't know a lot of the everyday information you need to know to help your dog when he has a seizure or about his tablets and treatment. Unless you are lucky enough to have a good Neurologist, other owners of Epi baby's are the ones that have all the in depth information you need to know.
I am now at the point where I want to take my expertise and knowledge out into the canine community and would like to have a stall at some Country  Shows and Dog events starting next year. This will involve outlay on paying for pitches, leaflets and cards to hand out and a banner to put across the stall. I am planning on doing some displays as well. I hope to work towards making this self funding, but that will take time. So in order to get this vision off the ground I need to raise some money.
