Miss Penny and Candy Herring aka Lil' Bit

This is my dear friend Penny's daughter Candy-or as Miss Penny calls her Lil'Bit.  Candy has bravely and fiercely battled malignant melanoma for several years now with the strong support of Miss Penny and the rest of their family.  Candy has 4 beautiful children that have given her the strength to fight long and hard but now is nearing the end of her war.  Needless to say Miss Penny, Candy's children and the rest of her family and friends are heartbroken. Miss Penny reached out to me this morning and asked me to create this GoFundMe.  First and foremost she asks for your prayers---just as any mother would she is still asking God for the miracle of healing.  Penny has taken a leave from her job at The Dogwood restaurant to care for Candy full time and spend every second she can with Candy.  There are expenses that go along with Candy's care and as we all know, the household bills do not stop coming in.  There are also 4 children that need support.  Any funds left over will be used once Candy has gained her angel wings to honor her final wishes. Candy and her family are fighting a long, hard battle that most of us can not imagine.  Please support them now so that Penny can care for her Lil' Bit without worrying about how to manage bills during this time.   Please also show your respect for their time together now-be kind and respectful.  If you have not been to a dermatologist recently schedule your appointment now in honor of Candy.  Miss Penny and their family thank you for your love and support.
