Candy Cupboard needs your help!!

It saddens me to start a go fund me in so many ways and to ask for help. Mainly because I’m extremely prideful and a problem solver but this is a big one... Recently The Candy Cupboard was served a summons from a woman who is physically disabled. Which we are understanding of and compassionate toward and do our best to serve everyone as equals. She is suing  the Candy Cupboard for not being ADA compliant. The Candy Cupboard is registered as a Part of Idyllwild Downtown historic district and we will hopefully be exempt. But the legal fee’s to fight this frivolous lawsuit are not cheap and we could lose everything  even a settlement with lawyers fees and may be beyond our threshold. 
I took this business over prior to my mom passing away is 2013 and keeping her legacy alive has been rewarding . We’ve been serving our community for 39 years. 
 The Candy Cupboard is a feel good, a child’s laugh a memory from childhood it’s everything that makes you feel young and happy and full of excitement. This is something we not only want to preserve in my moms memory but for our future generations to enjoy. 

I could go on and on about my frustrationand heartbreak over this.... man has it been a year for all of us! So thank you in advance.
