Cand’s cancer treatment fundraiser!

Hi my name is Cand,

in 2023 I got diagnosed with a rare form of ovarian cancer at the age of 33. Doctors didn’t listen to me for 2 years even though I was symptomatic and unfortunately that meant it had spread extensively.

I have a beautiful son and I am his advocate for everything and need to be here for him especially as he transitions to secondary school this year.

In 2023 I had major ultra radical surgery and chemo which ended January 2024 and have been having scans ever since to check it’s progress.

Unfortunately A few weeks ago I was told

that it has come back and I can no longer get referred back to the doctors that treated me before via NHS as the wait is too long but I can go private.

I don’t have the money to go private and I need to see the specialists in my type of cancer in which as you can imagine there aren’t many hence, why I’m asking not only friends and family but the general public for your help.

Even a small donation will go a long way to help me stick around to watch my son grow.

Please help me get the treatment I need to combat this awful disease.
