Candice with finances as she battles cancer

Hello,

My name is Krissy. I'm reaching out for prayers and support to help my sister Candice, ease her financial burden as she battles with cancer. Candice is a strong and beautiful wife and momma to 2 darling boys, who are 8 and 15. When her youngest turned 1 in 2017, Candice was diagnosed with a very aggressive breast cancer. God has carried her through several rounds of chemotherapy, radiation and many surgeries. Even though she has had two genetic mutations, God would bring each follow-up scan and lab work as clear with no evidence of the disease.

In May of 2020, Candice went to her oncologist concerned about a sharp pain that would come and go in her chest. She was prescribed antibiotics since the symptoms looked like pneumonia. Candice returned to the doctor as symptoms were not improving. After more scans and a biopsy, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastic cancer. The images would also show the cancer present in her lymph nodes, bones (sacrums, hips, ribs, spine and sternum) and in her lungs.

On August 19th, 2022, she underwent another surgery to have drains put in each of her sides, so she can drain the fluid that builds up in her lungs at home. Prior to this surgery, Candice went to the hospital 17 times over the past two years to have the fluid drained from her lungs.

She has had a few different opinions from Oncologists. Her first treatment dropped her blood platelets too low, and the oral chemotherapy medication made her body too sick and weak to function. She was put on another treatment plan that is more for maintenance. This past week, the doctors found another possible tumor on her diaphragm.

Candice would love and appreciate the opportunity of a natural cancer clinic that is based in Arizona. We would love to help raise finances to support her trip there, the facility stay and help ease her family's financial burden while she is away.
