Help Us Give Candice The Chance She Deserves ❤️

In 2019, Candice’s world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with Stage 3B cervical cancer.

She faced months of gruelling chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment, but true to the person she is, she faced every challenge with incredible strength and determination. Thankfully, after completing treatment, Candice was given the news everyone had been hoping for — by early 2020 she was cancer free.

She worked hard to rebuild her life, returned to normality, and continued living life the way she always has with laughter, positivity, and a determination to keep moving forward.

Sadly, in May 2025 Candice began experiencing worrying symptoms and instinctively knew something wasn’t right. After attending multiple appointments and undergoing several NHS investigations, doctors discovered a mass in August 2025. Unfortunately, due to delays within the treatment process, a lot of time was lost, and treatment was not started until November. During that time, the cancer progressed aggressively, leaving doctors with far fewer options available to her.

In November 2025, Candice underwent major life-changing abdominal surgery which completely changed the way she now has to live day to day. It has been an extremely difficult physical and emotional journey but despite everything she has been through, Candice has continued to face every challenge with the same courage and strength she always has.

Heartbreakingly, Candice has now been told that the only treatment currently available to her here is immunotherapy alongside chemotherapy, with very low chances of achieving remission.

As her family and Friends , we refused to stop searching for other options. After extensive research, we discovered the hallwang clinic in germany, a specialist clinic offering advanced, personalised cancer treatments that unfortunately are not available through the NHS for Candice’s condition.

After reviewing Candice’s case, the clinic believes they can offer treatment that could potentially save her life and give her the best possible chance of remission. Through our research, we have found countless stories of patients with advanced Stage 4 cancers who have undergone treatment there and are now cancer free or living in remission. For the first time in a long time, this has given us hope.

The reality we now face is that this treatment comes at a big expense, and time is incredibly important. The sooner Candice can begin treatment, the better her chances are.

We are now trying to raise funds to cover the cost of treatment, hospital fees, travel, accommodation abroad, and the specialist after-care that will follow. As much as we really wish we could do this alone, we simply cannot.

Anyone who knows Candice will know just how special she is. She is the kind of person who never takes life too seriously, always brings laughter wherever she goes, and somehow manages to make those around her feel better even during difficult times. She is one of the hardest working women we know, with a pure heart of pure gold and someone who would do absolutely anything for the people she loves. She has spent her life being there for others and now she needs people to be there for her.

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that Candice’s son charlie has already experienced unimaginable loss in his life. In 2017, he tragically lost his dad, we are now doing everything we possibly can to make sure he does not have to face losing his mum too.

No child should have to endure that kind of pain twice. That is why we are fighting so hard to give Candice access to the treatment that could give her more time, more memories, and most importantly, the chance to continue being there for her son Charlie who needs her most.
