Cancer Sucks — So We’re Choosing Adventure
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Austin, a brother lucky enough to call Brandon my best friend.
Brandon is 28. He’s my older brother, and he’s been living with terminal cancer for a while now. But honestly? That’s not what this project is really about.
This is about what we can do right now.
Brandon and I have always shared a love for creating. Stories, videos, characters, wild ideas. For years we talked about taking a road trip together. Not just for the adventure, but to make something "cool" to capture moments, explore, and tell our story.
Now, we’re done talking.
We’re making that “someday” happen.
We’re planning a road trip, with the people we love most: Brandon, me, our wives, and my son Fynn and our parents. A family adventure built around joy, creativity, and connection.
We’ll be filming, photographing, and documenting every piece of it. From the big stops to the quiet, beautiful moments in between.
At the end, we’ll be turning it all into a short film, a collection of stories, and a printed book full of life on the road, memories made, and the intimate moments we are trying to cherish.

What You’re Supporting
We’re asking for help to make this project happen so Brandon can take this trip without stress. Your support will go directly toward:
• Travel costs and places to stay
• Time off work so we can be fully present
• Financial support for Brandon and his wife, Alisa
More than anything, this gives Brandon the freedom to focus on doing what he loves, surrounded by the people who love him and to help us create something that will last beyond the trip.

What You’ll See From Us
We’ll be documenting the entire journey and sharing it along the way, through videos, photos, and short reflections, so you can follow along and feel like part of the story.
Everyone who supports it is our goal to make a final film and special stories. We’re also looking to create an awesome, physical book from the road.
⸻
Why This Matters
This isn’t about trying to beat cancer with a miracle.
It’s about saying yes to something beautiful:
Time together. Creative freedom. A story worth telling.
If you believe in family, in showing up, and in turning hard things into something meaningful, we’d love your help in making this real.
Thanks for reading, supporting, and being part of this with us.
