Earth vs Cancer

Last week, Jacek was rushed to the hospital. It wasn't the first trip, he has had several bouts with Lymphoma, a particularly nasty Cancer. His last round of treatments had been successful, but his Lymphoma left a surprise. A metastatic tumor in his esophageal area, inoperable, if left unchecked will start pressing on his windpipe, and might be growing towards his spine. The treatment needed to stop it and give Jacek a chance at life isn't covered by his insurance which is already stretched thin. Thats where this fundraiser comes in. Getting the funds together as soon as possible for this treatment is paramount in importance. Literally every minute counts. On top of his treatment, Jacek was kicked out of the place he was staying, and hasn't been able to work very much. Debts are piling up from previous medical procedures as well, and any support we can give to him means the world.

  Jacek is a Digital Developer by trade, helping build and maintain websites internationally. In his off hours Jacek moonlights as a pilot in the game, Eve Online, deepens his interest in astrobiology, and does some web development for fun (he really loves his work lol).
