Bill Clarke was diagnosed with Non-Hodkins Lymphoma in March of 2014. He battled the disease with vigour, but unfortunately succumbed to this awful disease in December of this year. Bill was a very caring and giving man and to honour him, we'd like to raise funds to help support other families battling Cancer.

Please help us refurbish the Pasqua Hospitals Family Room in the Cancer Ward (3B).  This room is used by families supporting their loved ones as they deal with a cancer diagnosis and treatment.  As we have found out, families spend hours and days in this room as they await news about their loved ones.  We would like to raise funds to provide some comfort to these families during very difficult times. 

Updates such as an electric fireplace for heat (the room is terribly cold), reclining chairs and couches that could be slept on and possibly a tv would be helpful to those who spend days and hours supporting their loved ones.
