This is my Best Friend, My Sister from another mister,  Beth (Gibson) Kovanis.  Beth was diagnosed with Gallbladder Cancer in May 2018.  She underwent surgery to remove the Gallbladder and went thru Chemo and Radiation.  Six weeks after completion she had a CT scan that revealed it had come back with a vengeance.  She started another round of fierce Chemo and within 2 weeks had to have surgery again and was told the Chemo was not working.
Beth's only option was to get accepted into a trial for Gallbladder Cancer.  She has indeed been accepted into one that is in Baltimore-John Hopkins.    Now with all of that has been said there are so many expenses for this that are not covered by insurance.  She will have to travel to Baltimore twice monthly for this treatment, which will involve airline tickets and room and board that are not covered by insurance.  Also, there are certain medications that are not covered by insurance.
Beth and her family are fighting hard to keep her around and have all the faith that this trial will be the answer.  Without this she will not survive.  She wants to be around to see her sweet daughter Jesse get married and see her grandchildren.  She wants to grow old with her Husband of 23 years, and I selfishly want to keep her around for ever!!! It took me weeks to convince Beth to let me do this, with all that she is worrying about I do not want her or her family to worry about finances.    I am asking you to pray about this and donate what you are led to do.  Beth is an amazing human being that has helped so many people in her life and now I want to give back.
