Sonny has recently been diagnosed with high grade prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 8. There will be no seed implants or hormonal therapy. Hopefully he will be a candidate for Cyber Knife but the cancer is on both sides of the prostate so maybe not. If not, then Radiation (either 45 or 25 weeks) or a Radical Prostatectomy. All decisions will be made on March 26th. His insurance will not cover all the cost of his treatments / surgeries.
To know Sonny is to love him! Sonny is the kind of person whom is always helping others, cheering them up and on. His music bring joy and happiness to the world . He selflessly gives and never ask for anything in return .
He recently lost his father , has beaten cancer before and yet, he keeps on keepin on , singing his songs and having others interest before his own, never complaining always positive !!
