Hi, my name is Pam Huffman and we are raising money for our Dad (Geno) He was diagnosed in July with Colorectal Cancer Stage T3 N1b. Geno has always been the first to step up and help others in need. Working in the Medical field for 40 years, he is one the most compassionate and loving people you will ever meet. My parents (67 & 70) are on a fixed income with SSDI and they work 4-6 days a week part time to supplement just to make it each month. Our mother is legally blind and now with our dads Cancer diagnosis their life is about to get even harder as they won’t have the ability to make the extra income Ubering. He has Medicare but it only covers a portion of Chemo and other treatments. Every 12 days they have a $250 co-pay and in a few weeks he will start Radiation 5 days a week for 5 weeks with additional high co-pays to which we don’t know the cost yet. This is just the start of treatments and depending on how his body responds these treatments could go on for quite awhile. Our parents have worked to help others all their lives and would be so grateful for any help they can get in this very difficult life changing situation.
