Cancer treatment support for Aisha's Dad

Aisha has been an incredible source of strength, caring for her father as he navigates his cancer journey, while also supporting and guiding her younger brother through this difficult transition. She is the sole carer for her father and has taken on countless roles—carer, therapist, cook, cleaner, guide, doctor, researcher and more—all while keeping a deep respect for her father’s wishes and dignity.

Despite the involvement of the hospice and hospital, as I am sure you are aware, resources are very limited on the NHS. There are additional treatments, such as vitamin C IVs and herbal therapies, that could bring comfort and improve his quality of life. Her father has also requested to see a private oncologist with targeted treatment for his specific cancer as a last hope. The oncologist has been able to save people in similar situations and would be of great help at this time. On top of that, Aisha has moved her father to Frome so he can be surrounded by nature and peace, and is helping to cover his rent and bills despite having to give up work to care full time.
