Cancer treatment for my momma!

Hey everyone, we are not the type to ask for help because we feel like it’s a burden but, I have Had so many suggestions to set up a go fund me account for my momma. My mom was diagnosed with stage for lung cancer in December of 2017. began chemo in January and tumors responded well. in march she got another MRI to see how the cancer was doing with chem and noticed her tumors began to grow again. So doctor decided at that point immune therapy was the best option. By the end of may she was starting to complain of a headache MRI showed cancer has now spread to her brain. Mind you mom mom was aware and decided she still wanted to fight. 2 weeks of radiation and the 3 tumors are almost gone. But now she had began to complain of arm pain and neck pain, The Dr  said is denigrative arthritis nothing can be done. So we try are best at home to pain manage. She was suppose start immune therapy again but never made it to the clinic. I called her oncologist and said something wrong her pain in her right arm is unbearable to her that is NOT normal. So she tells to admit her to the hospital so she can manage her pain and do another MRI of her spine. Mind you she never did one in the first place. So i admit my mom and by the next day we found she had a tumor in her spine cause her to have nerve pain in her right arm. The Dr came in to tell me this but also to say that all they can offer at this time is palliative radiation and hospice. I was in shock....... so instead of offering us other treatment she basically told my mom nothing else can be done. Not even consult with another DR. to see if maybe they have another option. So i sat down with my mom once we got home and asked "mom are you ready to die?" She smiled and said "no, im not ready to die." And since then i have been consulting with other Doctors, oncologist and anybody who has experienced this to see what they can offer for advice. One dr in Houston told me that there are obviously other options and if she is willing to fight they shouldn't  dismiss her. But the sad truth is if the insurance you have wont agree to cover treatment then the doctors usually wont give you an option. This doctor in Houston said Immune therapy and Chemo together have a better percentage rate then alone so he told me to call MD Anderson and get her in ASAP to see if anything can be done. So i got her a appointment on the 23rd to see if maybe they can help us with trial drugs or anything. I wont stop fighting for her until she tells she is ready to stop fighting. Her fight is my fight and i wont let minor set backs stop me from getting the help she deserves. So please donate. Anything will help us. my mom is the sweetest, most funniest person and to see her this way kind of takes you off guard. So help us fight for my mom!!!!!
