Cancer Treatment Fund for Jeff Clarke aka “Bear”

Hello, my family and I are raising money for my father who we all call Bear who has recently been diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer. This means the cancer has spread from the prostate to the bones and is said to be incurable. However there are many treatment options and additional medications that can help stop the cancer from spreading and may reduce the tumor size, pain and other symptoms of this terrible disease. 

My father is the rock of our family and our everything. He has always provided for and taken care of all our needs for as long as I can remember, and now more than ever we hope to do the same for him. This diagnosis is a shock to our family because Bear is extremely healthy and takes care of his body like a temple. He eats right, exercises and goes to the doctor regularly. I feel it is very unfair for this to have happened to him after he has done everything he could to keep himself in good physical condition and health. He has sacrificed so much so that we may enjoy a life without worrying about food clothes or shelter. He works harder than anyone I have ever met and doesn’t deserve this disease, or the financial burden of treatments and medications. What I hope to achieve with this gofundme is some financial assistance with medical bills, so that at least some of his stress and worry can be eased. The last thing he needs to be thinking about right now is how he will pay for the treatments that can help him get better. 

So I ask that if you or anyone you can share this with can donate anything at all to help ease the burden of these expensive treatments and medications it would be greatly appreciated, more than you could ever know. Any amount will help us during these hard times, but if you can’t contribute financially then I only ask you keep our father in your thoughts and prayers.
