Hello family and friends. We are reaching out for help for our dad who is current battling cancer. Over a year ago he was diagnosed with an aggressive prostate cancer. Back in March of 2021 he had to undergo cancer removal surgery followed by radiation. Shortly after finishing radiation and being told he was cancer free he was diagnosed with Myeloma.

 

He is currently undergoing chemotherapy which will be followed by a stem cell transplant later this year. Not only is he battling the myeloma but he developed a blood clot in his leg due to a mass on his main artery that will require a stent along with being diagnosed with diabetes as a result of the chemo he is on. As you can imagine the cost of treatment and medications are extremely expensive not to mention the cost of housing that he will need to stay in after his transplant.

 

He is unable to return to work and his disability is going to run out soon. My dad is such a hard working man and not one to ask for help. It is extremely hard watching one of the strongest men you know go through so much in such a short period of time. Any help would be greatly appreciated and would definitely help take the stress off of him and allow him a clear mind to continue to fight this battle.
