Cancer Treatment 4th Surgery

My mom is the most upbeat, positive person you will ever meet.

I have seen the life sucked out of her in the last 6 months.

I will REALLY try to keep this short...  Here is the short story.

She was married forever, to a man who she loved deeply and he decided to have an affair with the next door neighbor who was 22 years younger.   Then he moved in next door and married her!

This was during and shortly after my mom's first cancer surgery.
(I am an only child.  My mom lost 3 children to miscarriage before myself.   I can only do so much!)

Most people would never speak to the neighbor lady again and yet she forgave them and tried to be nice, only to be the one who was scowled at and mocked as they walked by her house, hand in hand, walking their new puppy.

Long story short...she lost her pride and joy...her home.  Which was good and bad.  Good that she was removed from that situation, bad in that she lost what she loved. Gardening, mowing a small lawn, whatever it may be.

The cancer hit her lungs.  A woman who had never smoked a day in her life.  The tumor was just under 4.5 pounds and enormous. (I am trying to insert a picture of it).  Keep in mind she is 5'1" tall and 105lb soaking wet on a good day...taking a tumor that size out of someone HER SIZE...well, she recovered.

Here is the shorter version.  She has had 3 more surgeries for the cancer removal since and her life savings has been drained, lost her house, lost her husband and now is losing her apartment, as they are raising the rent astronomically.

I am trying to raise $3850.00.

If I raise that amount then the creditors will stop calling and her medical bill will be paid.  She can then apply for credit at another apartment -- hopefully.

Her current lease is up on July 31st.   I am trying to help her get this burden of the giant medical bill paid and enable her to use the few dollars she has for the application to a new apartment!

REGARDLESS of whether you help or not...people just need to know how much she means to our family and seeing the life sucked out of her and that spunky mom attitude towards life and upbeat glass-half-full perspective diminishing...let's me know that I need to do SOMETHING!

The choice is your's.  This is YOUR hard-earned money and I respect how you choose to spend it.
