In 2020 I was cured from Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer and this was the lowest point of my life.

I was told the side effects of my treatment and my health would never allow me to body build / workout at a high level again. I went through a really awful time and witnessed other young people/children's lives destroyed and completed turned upside down literally overnight. 

Statistically, 1 in 2 people in the UK will get cancer in their lifetime.. listen to YOUR body!!

As everything the charity does is funded by donations, I had to witness children go without things we take for granted on a daily basis and it literally broke my heart. 

To be told I couldn’t follow my goals and passion broke me down for a long time.

Instead I took a different approach and wanted to make a difference. I wanted to motivate and inspire as many people as I could whilst being the best version of myself.

I set the goal of a bodybuilding competition which I did and I am so proud of myself for what I have achieved.. but I want to take it further!

Spreading cancer awareness in young people & raising money for an incredible cause all at the same time! 

This journey has been / will be even harder with the life long side effects I have to carry due to damage from my treatment, but I am determined to show what willpower and a strong mindset can achieve. 

The British Finals on the 19th of October 2025 is the goal for both me and my partner (Hannah) to show what can be achieved despite setbacks and “limitations” set by other people! 

We want to achieve our goals and inspire / motivate as many people as we can!
