Hey Y’all….My name is Marcia but everyone knows me as Mimi!!! A year and a half ago I was given the biggest, life changing news of my life. Not only did I have Breast Cancer, but it was Stage 4 Metastatic and had traveled to my lungs. I was scared, but I decided to live and live hard! I worked not one but two jobs while undergoing Chemotherapy,radiation and a biliteral Mastectomy. While working throughout my treatments,I had many Complications and worries. I had tough decisions! Work to pay the bills and care for my amazing daughter and not heal properly or not work and lose everything I worked so hard for. As a single mother, I only had one option was to put my health last and work it out. So I ask humbly for your help I have two surgeries in the upcoming weeks, one of which is my breast reconstruction that I am so excited for, but I want the option this time to heal and take the time I truly need to come out of this whole and fully healed before I get back to work. So if you can find it in your heart to help me I greatly appreciate it!
