Cancer sucks. Want to help a Mad Mann out?

Hiya, my name is Mad Mann (yes, really).

I've been diagnosed with Stage IV esophageal cancer. They're giving me about another year to live. It's been a rough past year, taking 8 months before I even got a diagnosis and then rounds of chemo and radiation. Like most cancer patients, this experience kicked a hole right through our savings in basically no time at all.

As such, I haven't been able to work since last year. I've been approved for disability, meager as it is, but they have a rule that you must be out of work for five months first. I worked all the way up to the day before I started the chemo and radiation treatment. And they pay a month behind, so I won't see it until the very end of June. I need help getting from here to there.

Additionally, I have quite a stack of medical bills. I've successfully gotten the three hospitals to dismiss the OMG-sized bills, but the sub-corporations don't do that (chemo, radiation, imaging, labs, etc.).

And finally, should this be fully funded, I'd like to prepay my final expenses so that it won't be hanging over my lovely wife Brenda's head when I go.
