Cancer sucks! The ScullyStanley fam needs u

Hi, you all know who I am, Ed and I got married when we were 19, many of you were there❤️. The Scully’s(my ex in-laws) have been a family to me, support to me, employed me, and loved me through some very tough times… Terri is a strong woman who has overcome so much in her life… now she faces the biggest challenge she has ever faced. Wednesday (1/18/23) she was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. She has metastatic lesions in her lungs (at least 7 in both lungs), adrenal gland (kidney), brain, spine (T7-T10, L1/2, sacro iliac), femoral, brain, scull, rib soft tissue, abdomen soft tissue, lymphatic involvement, currently a pericardiocentesis, to drain the sac around her heart. She is currently in Powell as an inpatient with no known discharge date. She is a West Des Moines school bus driver with no savings… her house needs some repairs to be safe for her through chemo and radiation (which starts Monday). I will keep this page updated with (good) news… we are all praying, hoping, for options, joy, and for her not to be in pain. There is more to this story… please feel free to reach out for more… but please, please, if you can offer a prayer, a meal, a dollar. This family is struggling, facing huge, insurmountable medical debit, and we believe prayer works. Any help you can provide will be appreciated more than you know.
