Cancer Relief Fund for Marlena Masterson

My name is David Kahl, helping my friend, Marlena Masterson.

Marlena has encountered yet another challenge in her long, ongoing battle with cancer. This time, she has been given between six months and two years. When we did our earlier fundraising, our hope was to lick it, once and for all, but it doesn’t look good. The fact is that, though there’s income, it’s not enough to cover copayments and living expenses.

Should Marlena survive the full two years, she would still be short a minimum of $36,000.00. It’s a sad statement about our nation’s health care system but, more to the point, it would be sadder to see her deal with such stressful issues while undergoing a literal fight for her life.
