Hello everyone,
We say this with a heavy heart, after being a year cancer free, our friends Tom and Tammy Turch were given the terrible news that Tom's cancer has came back. His surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7th and this time around it will be a longer, more complicated surgery and they will need to reconstruct his mouth and tongue and use part of his arm to do so, and then use skin from his leg for his arm. A long recovery time will be needed and radiation and chemotherapy to follow. Tom is expecting to be out of work for 3-6 months.
During this round of treatments, Tom and Tammy will be missing work and the medical bills will be adding up. We would like to help and alleviate some of this financial stress.
Tom and Tammy have so much heart for their friends and family. Tom loves life more than anyone knows, and we would love to show how we can support Tom and Tammy through the difficult times. To reach our goal, we are planning for an upcoming event. If any of their family or friends have any thoughts or ideas, please feel free to reach out and let us know so we can work together to plan and be a part of a great success. We will make sure to communicate this idea with the Turch family and let everyone know all of the details of this event when plans are in place.
