My Godson Jacob was recently diagnosed with cancer.  It's spread to his lymph nodes and now requires an intensive chemotherapy treatment.  Most of the treatments will be done in-patient at Helen DeVos Hospital in Grand Rapids and is expected to last 4 months.    Jacob is a fighter and WILL WIN this battle!  Please help us raise money for expenses including time for his parents Mark Piros and Ronda Kline to be by his side,  and travel expenses, etc.    Also,  and more importantly please PRAY for a speedy and complete recovery!    Jake needs to get back on the ice.   Every little bit helps and is immensely appreciated by his family and friends.  We love you Jacob!
