My name is Amy Godoy i have been diagnosed with stage 2 cancer for almost a year. I am also a single mother of 5 small children. I did not ask to be ill or not be able to support my children. Everything happened so fast i have had 7 blood transfusions and numerous radiation and chemo treatments. My treatment was supposed to be short but cancer is more complicated then one thinks. Now im struggling to put all 5 children in school as far as uniforms and supplies not to mention my struggles to for my medicines and co-pay.  I pray that anyone that sees this can help in anyway with a donation or sharing this on social media.
