I found out a few months ago, from routine bloodwork, that my PSA levels were high. They scheduled an MRI and the results came back as:

Normal lesion noted in the right peripheral zone at the apex.

High signal intensity on diffusion sequences, low signal intensity on T2 sequences noted.

There is early contrast enhancement. This is compatible with a PI-RADS 4 lesion.

I now have a Fusion Biopsy scheduled for October.
