Cancer- Nasopharyngeal

I am raising money for a close family friend, Vann Vorn. Where do I begin to describe what a great son, wonderful father and brother, generous friend, and kind-hearted person Vann is?  Forced to migrate to an unfamiliar country because of the terror still gripping his home country Cambodia, raised in poverty, and navigating through the gang laden streets of Stockton, CA, the odds were never in his favor. But Vann continued to keep pushing through and working hard. Having his start cutting onions in the field to owning his own tile shop, and most recently, a bartender; Vann was willing to adapt to any career as long as he was able to put food on the table and a roof over his kids heads. He knew that as long as he was of able body, than he was capable.
     Five months ago, Vann was given the devastating news that he has Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma.  Making matters worst, he suffers from Type 2 Diabetes. His body is no longer his to control and that is destroying him inside.  He is mostly bedridden and is being fed through a feeding tube. His body is in agony everyday because of the aggressive tumor. The effects of chemo and radiation is taking a huge toll as well. All the while, bills continue to pile up. That is why I decided to go through with this GoFundMe account. In hopes of raising enough funds to pay his bills and hopefully have some left for him to take his kids out to do the simple pleasures they use to do before; attend a GIANTS game, fishing- actually those are the only two hobbies I know of that he loves, LOL.
