Any little bit helps: my cancer is back

Hi, my name Ben Gorski. I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in early 2022 and went through 6 months worth of chemo and treatment. We thought we had beaten it but the week of Christmas and our anniversary, my wife and I were told the cancer is back. The tumor is not as large but it is back and I am having to once again undergo treatment with a chemo that is double the strength of the last time, which has made life miserable with the side effects. :-/

Throughout the last year or so I have been unable to work due to treatment and just how my body has reacted to the chemo, which means my beautiful wife Meg and I are struggling to get by on one income. We were hoping by this point I would have received clearance from my doctor as well as a clean bill of health to return to work but unfortunately this reoccurrence has altered our plans.

With the most recent diagnosis means more tests, more bills, and more stress, as the first round of treatment was pretty damaging to us emotionally and financially. We have appreciated everything people have done for us over the last year. Every little bit helps, even if it just to share this page.
