Thank you for taking the time to read our little story about our dad Theo Kalaitzidis who has just been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer.
My sisters and I recieved a phone call from dad that changed our lives forever and we knew at that moment we had to do something to help him and his situation.
About 4 weeks ago, it was confirmed that he has stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to his lymph nodes, bones, lungs and other areas throughout his body. The doctors have stated that his cancer is not curable and too complicated to operate and the only option to prolong his life is chemotherapy.
The reason why we started this fundraiser is to help with dads medical expenses. He will not be doing chemotherapy and wishes to proceed with hormonal treatment and natural medicines that are considerably expensive.
We are so proud of dad, he has a strong mind and is staying positive and truely believes that his choice of natural medicines will help prolong his life.
