Hi everyone. For those of you that know me or my family well, you know that my mother has been fighting cancer since 2014, only a year after losing my father. The following year, she was treated for colo-rectal cancer, had major surgery and we thought all was well. However, in 2017 she was diagnosed with the same cancer but it had metastasized in her lungs and is stage 4. Recently, her tumors have shown growth and she has been put on a more aggressive treatment. Eventually, she will be too weak/sick to work because of the treatments, which will make it that much harder to pay bills. My mother has never asked for anything from anyone and has had a very rough past 5 years. Anything at all that anyone can donate would mean the world to my family and I!
