Cancer Fundraiser for Giovanni Fuda

I'm Carlo and I'm raising funds to help my parents cover unexpected medical costs for my Dad. The day before Thanksgiving, we found out that he has stage 4 cancer, which was both surprising and frightening. We are optimistic about the difficult journey that my Dad has ahead of him, and my siblings and I are doing everything we can to help and offer every kind of support.

My Dad is still undergoing testing and has not yet started treatment. He has spent much of the last several weeks admitted in hospitals in and around Pittsburgh, and is currently at The Cleveland Clinic where we are hopeful that with the prompt help of clinical trials and innovative treatment options, he will beat cancer.

My Mother has not left his side over the last weeks, and seeing that love and selfless energy is inspiring and beautiful. I'm so grateful for all that my parents do for their kids, grandchildren, friends, and family. They have been married since 1969 and are soul mates. Moving from Italy was not easy for either of my parents. They came to the United States of America to provide the best possible futures for their children. They gave up so much to provide for us over the years and their unconditional love has gotten our family through the most difficult of times.

My Dad is in a lot of pain so we are hopeful to get him safe medication options, regardless of the cost. Thank you so much for your kind words, loving support, positive thoughts, good vibes, and prayers.
