Hi everyone, my name is John Enis, and I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my big sister Ann Enis.

Unfortunately, we have recently been given some crushing news over this past holiday season that has devastated my family leaving everyone traumatized.

My sister Ann has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. She is currently undergoing chemo treatments to help her prolong her condition and slow the advancement of the cancer to make the time she has with her family as meaningful as possible. Unfortunately, this devastating news has a ripple effect that goes beyond her health and directly affects her family especially her amazing children Joey and Amanda, her grandson Declin, and her husband Matt. Anyone who has had the privilege to meet and get to know Ann knows her to be extremely loving, fun, and one of the most positive people they have ever met. She truly is selfless putting her family and friends first knowing what makes her happy is seeing everyone else happy. Even upon finding out the devastating news her first thought was how she could comfort her family especially her children and grandson. She is truly an amazing mom, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and person.

While our family is making sure we do anything and everything we can to be there for her and make sure she gets the best treatment possible there is still the inevitable outcome that will leave a gaping hole in our hearts and put her children and husband in a position to move forward both mentally and financially. Unfortunately, with mounting bills and future expenses they are in an unthinkable situation of planning and dealing with a life without the person they love the most. That being said, I am asking anyone who has the means to help to please give if possible. Every penny counts and though it won’t help in any way with the diagnosis and outcome it will hopefully help to take away some of the financial burden so we can focus on the time we have left to be with her.
