My dear friend Rin was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to early detection and modern medical options, Rin and her family are hopeful and optimistic about her prognosis. However, they still have a long journey of treatments and recovery. Please consider donating to help offset the cost of her medical expenses, as well as lost income from time off of work for medical appointments and treatment. Rin is still working to establish citizenship in Canada, and so is currently uninsured and having to pay most of her medical expenses out of pocket.

Rin and her husband Mike live in Petrolia, Canada with their three kids and three dogs. Before meeting Mike, Rin and her son Skyler lived in Skagway for many years, and Rin taught art at Skagway High School. They are extremely grateful for any support, even words of encouragement as they tackle this challenging situation. Let’s show them some love!
