My lovely friend Heather Kimball has been through quite a kidney ordeal and now she needs your help. What began as painful encounters with kidney stones, evolved into several years of kidney issues. While investigating the root cause of the stones, doctors discovered a mass on one of her kidneys. We all prayed, held our breath and hoped for the best! But, it was not meant to be. The mass came back cancerous and the only course of action was to have the kidney removed. Unfortunately, the kidney that Heather still has is the one that produces stones. Not what anyone had hoped for a young, devoted mom and wife.
While the family has health insurance, they have been left with substantial medical debt and need immediate support. Heather is an elementary teacher and her husband Aaron is a truck driver and veteran. She and I met while teaching together in the public school system. Heather has since retired from teaching and followed her calling to home school her little ones. The Kimballs are the proud parents of two young and active boys. The eldest, Logan, has special needs. His parents have committed to providing him with the therapies he needs to be a successful communicator. Aaron has been picking up extra routes to help make more money, but as you can imagine they are really overwhelmed and exhausted. The bills post surgery are pouring in adding to a host of bills from testing and appointments over the past year. All money raised will go directly to paying the medical bills.
Heather is such a kind and generous person. She has devoted her life to teaching and supporting children. She’s dedicated to her faith and actively participates in community outreach. To know her is to understand love. She’s the best type of friend! Ready to listen, lend a hand, or a hug. She always has time for others. It hurts all who know and love the Kimballs to see the burden of medical debt on their shoulders while they are working so hard. Please consider donating to help them pay off a portion of her medical bills. No amount is too small and every amount is appreciated tremendously. Thank you for your consideration!
