I’m a survivor for five years after having been diagnosed with stage three cancer. This has led to the start of a battle with opioids that started with the use of the medicine after my treatment for cancer. I have work for 32 years at a country club and I am a PGA Golf professional and love what I have been doing. I am now having  to go on disability and have no way to pay for even the everyday things. Your help will be giving me the ability to keep the things I have. I know this is going to be a long hard battle and with your help I will make it thru.
