Cancer fight for Rosie and Tony French
Donation protected
Rosie and Tony started dating in their teens and were married on January 12th, 1974. They moved to Saint Matthews in the year of 1982 where they were blessed
with three wonderful children: Joey, Benji and Nikki and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
As with any marriage they have encountered ups and downs, but nothing would
prepare them for what their future would hold.
On April 8, 2022, Rosie was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Rosie had a tumor the
size of a baseball removed on April 28, 2022. On May 25, 2022, Rosie had a port
implant placed to make it easier to administer the chemo she would
soon begin. This diagnose took a toll on them both. The one with the sickness is
not the only one that suffers. It effects the entire family and friends.
On June 23, 2022, Tony had a seizure at home that landed him on Life Support for
3 days. After several weeks, many scans and doctor appointments, Tony was
diagnosed with Glioblastoma Brain Cancer.
As a close community as ours we are trying to do everything we can to help Rosie and Tony get through one of the toughest obstacles they could have imagined together. Anything is appreciated, or if you would like to contribute in a different way, please feel free to visit our group on Facebook “Love is greater than Cancer.
