Cancer Emergency Moving for saving life

Its difficult to reach out to the community for help, but I'm truly at a loss of what to do, last night we found out my mom may have bone cancer- I need to immediately move my mom to Portland for so I can take care of her during this serious medical crisis or she may not make it. She also has now lost all ability to communicate (senile/dementia ) with no nurses or family to help. She is crying and unable to walk or ask for help without me physically by her side. I may need to put her in a elderly home once in Portland.

The main artery in her right leg just collapsed and needs to be completely removed, My momma has been in a wheelchair my whole life, but now her body is not creating white blood cells so she is having difficulty staying awake at all- she has diverticulitis, Lupus, pernicious anemia, arthritis, and a series of other autoimmune illnesses that don't allow her to walk and her lack of teeth make it impossible to eat solid food for the past few years. She also cannot move easily to prepare her own food and is not consuming enough food to keep going on her own. She also can't walk or drive or use phones easily & it's been nearly impossible to find her rides to important doctors appointments out of state. Her dream is to live in the Portland for the spring summer with me so I can be with her & take care of her. She qualifies for a full time in home support care nurse but the nurses in California have been impossible to access and I have caught them abusing her in the small town she lives in.

We need enough funds to cover the cost of a small uHaul, and just few first months of rent for her temporarily & to allow me just a little time off work to go collect her things and take care of her. Oregon Paid Leave should be able to take care of my time off in upcoming months as well as Section 8 for if we need it, but there is a three month waiting time until those programs hell, and this is an emergency situation that we don't have that kind of time for. She needs a series of intensive surgeries immediately. - she needs care to cook her food and bath properly even sooner.

We don't have the family to help with moving or money, she is on section 8 and food stamps at the moment and I only have my savings to run on for her.

We were planning on moving her and I have been saving since we learned about her leg collapsing , but now she has signs of bone cancer and the situation has greatly increased in pressure and time sensitive need.
