- Hola me llamo Ismael tengo 31 años vivo en la ciudad de Tecomán Colima Mexico hace un mes y medio me diagnosticaron cáncer de testículo, todo empezó por un tumor que se me hizo en el testículo derecho que empezó a crecer al punto donde estaba más del doble de grande que el testículo izquierdo, el urólogo me dijo que tenía que quitármelo por medio de cirugía de emergencia porque ya estaba muy grande tenían que extirparme todo el testículo derecho porque ya se había infectado todo.
- Hello, my name is Ismael, I am 31 years old, I live in the city of Tecomán Colima, Mexico. A month and a half ago, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. It all started with a tumor that developed in my right testicle that began to grow to the point where it was twice bigger than left testicle, the urologist told me that he had to remove it through emergency surgery because it was already too big, they had to remove the entire right testicle because everything had already become infected.
- Entonces tuve que hacer cita para cirugía de emergencia y me opere después de 5 días... Después de la operación tuvieron que hacerme una tomografía y mandar hacer estudios al testículo para ver si el cáncer había subido oh extendido a otro lado de mi cuerpo, y los resultados de la tomografía dieron que el cáncer había subido al ganglio linfático que está en el centro de la parte del estómago y pecho el ganglio tiene actividad tumoral y tiene 3 centímetros de grande.
- Then I had to make an appointment for emergency surgery and I had surgery after 5 days... After the operation they had to do a CT scan and order tests on the testicle to see if the cancer had spread to another side of my body, and the results of the tomography showed that the cancer had gone up to the lymph node that is in the center of the stomach and chest, the node has tumor activity and is 3 centimeters large.

- El oncólogo que me reviso los resultados me dijo que tenía que tener que hacer quimioterapia por la actividad tumoral retroperitoneal en el ganglio linfático, yo no tengo seguro social IMSS activo entonces tuve que pagar la cirugía y gastos de recuperación, pero para eso tuve que sacar un préstamo porque no tenía dinero para pagar la cirugía que salió cara... En el proceso yo tenía trabajo y pedí los días para poder hacer la cirugía y para los días de recuperación, pero al último me terminaron despidiendo, y no tengo trabajo desde entonces... Voy a empezar a tomar quimioterapia el 18 de Noviembre y ocupo dinero para cubrir gastos y para pagar el préstamo que pedí por qué me quede sin dinero, el Oncólogo me dijo que no voy a poder trabajar en el periodo de las quimioterapias que son 3 ciclos que ocupo que van a hacer 2 meses y medio más oh menos entonces para eso estoy pidiendo por su donativo lo que Dios les ponga en su corazon. El donativo seria, para pagar las quimioterapias, y gastos de trasnportacion y comida el ese trascuso de 2 meses. Gracias y que Dios los bendiga.
- The oncologist who reviewed my results told me that I had to have chemotherapy due to the retroperitoneal tumor activity in the lymph node. I do not have active IMSS social security so I had to pay for the surgery and recovery expenses, for that I had to withdraw a loan because I didn't have the money to pay for the surgery, which was expensive... In the process I had a job and I asked for the days to be able to do the surgery and for the recovery days, but istead they fired me, and I haven't being able to find a job since then... I'm going to start taking chemotherapy on November 18 and I'm going to need money to cover expenses for the chemotherapies, food and transportation. The Oncologist told me that I will not be able to work during the chemotherapy period, which are 3 cycles which is about like 2 and a half months or so, that's why I now I'm requesting for your help (donations).
