My son, Brandon, and I haven't had a true "vacation" since I was first diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago. Recently re-diagnosed with breast cancer, I'm not going to let another vacation get cancelled because of it!!

I wasn't planning a trip, but with this turn of events, I'm grabbing the bull by the horns and commiting this year to fun, relaxing and de-stressing!!!

My brother and his family are renting a house in Costa Rica next month and it would be awesome to join him before I get too deep into treatment. If the funds or treatment schedules don't work out that quickly, then a summer cruise to Alaska to make up for the one we cancelled will work!!!
