My name is Marcia McDonald and I am creating this for my cousin, Angie Deem.

Angie was diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic invasive carcinoma after several masses were found in her breast and lymph nodes at a routine mammogram on Feb 13, 2025.

Angie has begun chemo at Ruby Hospital in Morgantown, W.V. They have placed a port in her upper left chest area through which she gets her IV for red devil (a very harsh chemo med). She has had her second round and her doctors have taken her off work. She is very sick and in a lot of pain associated with the chemo.

The struggle and time it takes to get approved for financial aid is taking a toll. The process is time-consuming and unfortunately, the bills continue to come in.

Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated, and please share this even if you’re unable to donate yourself. Let’s get this to as many people as possible to ease the burden for Angie as much as possible.

Angie has rent, utilities, car payment, car insurance, phone, and grocery bills that all have to be paid and now no job to bring in money for any of them.

Paperwork has been submitted for social security and financial assistance, but that all takes time for approval and getting things moving.

We did have a benefit for Ang at the beginning of April and thankfully that did provide what she needed for April's bills but not beyond that. So we are hoping this will be successful and help her get by until those applications have been reviewed and hopefully approved.
