Help! Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer expense
Donation protected
Hello All,
2022 has been quite a gut punch. First, there was a liver disease diagnosis. Second, a tumor in my left breast turned out to be breast cancer. When a ray of sunshine peeked in, the hope that cancer had not spread was dashed by lesions on two bones that confirmed I have Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer.
And then, finally, a break comes my way. But is it too little too late? I have received my first genuine full-time job offer after nearly five years of resorting to part-time employment to make ends meet. With savings drained, I am again seeking assistance to take the next step and improve my quality of life through this new position. The rub? The job is in Ketchikan Alaska, and moving there is a bit of a logistical nightmare.
This is extremely important to me because it will finally put me in a better place financially and realistically take some stress off an already high-stress situation.
Please help, if you are in a position to do so, so that I can arrange this move, substantially change my quality of life during the time this disease will afford me and help offset the mounting medical expenses I face moving forward.
Additionally, while I have initiated this endeavor, contributing to me might not be your cup of tea. If so, please consider a donation in my name to one of the following organizations:
