Cancer Appeal for Abu Maxamed

Asslaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatu, in recent months a relative back home was diagnosed with Stomach Cancer and has undergone 2 procedures since. The family have flown him from Somaliland to India where he is now undergoing chemotherapy for the next few months and we are raising money to pay for his medical treatment and all food and accommodation costs.

As you may know the month of Ramadan is the month of Sadaqah. I ask you please to donate whatever you can and keep us all on your dua. In this month where our deeds are doubled I ask Allah to bless you all and accept all your prayers and ibaadah.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said “Sadaqah extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire” (Hadith, Tirmidhi). He also said that Allah offers relief on the Day of Judgement for those who give sadaqa: “The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be their charity” (Hadith, Tirmidhi).
