This is the 41st anniversary of Canada Day in Barrhaven.

New this year, we will have several new photo op locations on-site including directional signs to various Canadian locations, a giant Muskoka chair with a Canadian Flag, a new giant Canadian Flag on stage and many more mascots. On our Kidz Zone stage, we will have a puppet show and a magician. Our free Seniors breakfast has been expanded to include a reasonably priced Family breakfast. We will also have lots of new acts on our Multi-Cultural Stage.

Also new for 2023, we will be having an Indigenous Experience at our ceremony with an Elder giving us an Indigenous blessing and land acknowledgement followed by a demonstration of Indigenous song and dance.

Our midway operator, Robertson Amusements will run from Thursday to Sunday.
