Please help Moorea pay sweet Mabel's vet bill

Moorea spends every penny she has rescuing animals and raising money for various causes. She just drove all the way to East Texas in March to save an older dog that was being put down, treated his heartworm, and got him a loving home with a yard. As you probably know from over the years of knowing me or her, she does this ALL THE TIME.... and forgets about her own needs,

 

Now, Moorea is the one who needs the help.... although she would never ask.

 

Last week, Moorea got laid off from her job. She picked up some shifts bartending over the weekend to survive.,,, The girl never gives up...keeps trying to do the right thing.

 

While she was at work, Mabel, my grand dog who Moorea has had since she was a teenager, got into some trash and ate something she shouldn’t have.

She had to get emergency surgery early Tuesday morning to save her life. Mabel is finally at home recovering, but emergency surgery and it ain’t cheap! Gus had to get a similar surgery from eating a stuffed animal about a year ago. so I know what it is like....stressful and expensive.

 

Considering how much Moorea does for the pets and people of the world, I think we should do something for her and her pet... Mabel is a sweet little dog and everyone loves her. I am glad Moorea made the choice to have the surgery even though she had just lost her job.

p.s. it says that the money goes to me...I don't know how to make it say Mabel and Moorea... it is for them alone.    they NEED it.
