Can you help us fix Kristel's Heart?

Hi, my name is Kate Edralin, I am a single mom and working as a call center agent here in the Philippines. My daughter, Kristel Kaye, was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Ventricular Septal Defect with Heart Enlargement since birth. She didn't undergo the operation that time because the doctors told us that there will be a chance that the hole can be closed as she ages or reach the age of 6, but unfortunately, it didn't.

Within the 6 years of existence, there is no improvement in her case, yet, it just made it more complicated than before. Dra. Aurora Gamponia, our Pediatric Cardiologist at Philippine Heart Center, informed us that Kristel should now undergo the Open Heart Surgery. The total package would be Php 600,000 and the down payment to proceed the surgery is Php 250,000.

She may look well and healthy, but we can't remove the fact that this lovely kid is a Heart Warrior. We are in need of financial help for Kristel's Open Heart Surgery. Any amount from your kind heart will be much appreciated.
